Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Have rack in oven on lowest setting.
Get a bunch of chicken wings ready to go, keep them cool and rinsed..pat dry..
Spray pan with Pam nonstick cooking spray, and or line with foil for easy cleanup.
Line up chicken wings on pan, add sea salt, and cracked pepper (a dash of garlic doesn't hurt either, and makes them smell all the better while cooking)
Bake 20 -25 minutes on lowest rack, turning once.
While chicken is cooking....
On the stove top, melt 3 parts of Frank's Hot Sauce, to to parts of butter.
While butter is melting, put some cracked pepper into the mixture.
Coat the chicken, in the sauce mixture, and serve. Yum!
Be prepared for a wake up to your sinuses :) This will feel like its curing whatever ails you! (as my mom and grandma would say, hehe)
